Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 September 2026

This page is a general template and hasn't been reviewed by a solicitor. Before relying on it for a live business, have it checked against UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 requirements for your specific setup.

1. Who we are

Global Tax Experts ("we", "us", "our") provides UK company formation, accounts, brand design and writing services. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or contact us, and what we do with it. Our contact address for data protection matters is info@globaltaxexperts.co.uk.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, mainly through the quote request form on this site. Depending on what you fill in, that can include:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Your company name, if you give one
  • The services you're interested in (formation, accounts, brand or writing)
  • Any project details you choose to share in the message field

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts on this website. We only process the information you actively submit to us.

3. How we use your information

We use the details you provide to:

  • Understand what you need and prepare a written quote
  • Contact you about your enquiry, by email or phone
  • Deliver the services you go on to order with us
  • Keep records required for accounting, tax and legal compliance

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to responding to your enquiry or delivering a service you've asked for.

4. Our legal basis for processing

We rely on your consent when you submit the quote form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries sent to us. Where you go on to become a client, processing is necessary to perform the contract between us, and to meet our legal obligations (for example, retaining records for HMRC).

5. Sharing your information

Some services are delivered with the help of qualified UK accountants, designers or writers working with Global Tax Experts. Where that's the case, we share only what's needed for them to do the work, and expect them to handle your information with the same care set out in this policy. We do not share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

6. How long we keep your information

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for as long as our accounting and legal obligations require, typically up to six years after an engagement ends.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask us to:

  • Confirm what personal data we hold about you and provide a copy
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Delete your information, where we're not required to keep it
  • Restrict or object to certain processing

To exercise any of these rights, email info@globaltaxexperts.co.uk. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to keep the information you share with us secure, and limit access to it to people who need it to respond to your enquiry or deliver your service.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.

10. Contact us

Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to info@globaltaxexperts.co.uk.
